Founded by Peter and Susan Jacobson in 1976, Peter's love for carpentry and vision of building a company was coupled with Susan's retail background and insight on customer service to form the foundation of success. Equipped with a tool-filled van, a will to succeed, and a passion for the business, the company was built job by job while business skills were polished. The values and ethics that defined Lake Country builders at its birth were cultivated as the company grew.
