Disconnect: TLH Heliskiing offers customers a truly unique and adventurous experience, but traditional marketing mediums could not communicate the one-of-a-kind rush of heliskiing and energize viewers to give it a try.

Link: We believed that an interactive CD-ROM would give TLH Heliskiing the excitement and energy they needed in their marketing communications. Unlike the Internet, the CD-ROM easily showcased a video and Flash presentation with high-end graphics, without all the time it takes to download on the Web. Plus, it had links to current weather conditions on the mountain and a Web-based “request of quote” form so viewers could act immediately.

Solution: TLH Heliskiing uses the multi-purpose CD-ROM as a direct mail and conference handout. Its small size and weight compared to video cassettes means that the postal savings alone paid for the production costs.
